Bizarre Observations with Matt Haze

Laugh, then think. From the mind of comedian Matt Haze.

Daily Haze EXTRA: The biggest loser of the big game? YOU!

Since I legally can't use a photo of last night's game, here is a generic photo of a football.

Last night, over 100 million Americans watched “the big game” on FOX.  (I legally can’t say S*p*rB*wl since I don’t have permission from the NFL).

More than likely, you were one of them.

And Pittsburgh really didn’t lose.

YOU did.

Daily Haze EXTRA: Job hunting. Is it time to change your ways?

The unemployment rate has been hanging around 10% for awhile now.  We all know someone looking for work.  It’s obvious that millions of Americans are hunting for the next spot where they land.

So why aren’t people looking for work doing things differently?  Why are they still doing the same things to find a job?

I want to help.

Daily Haze EXTRA: Where change REALLY comes from…

Remember 2008?  Remember everyone was voting for “Change we can believe in?”

Many are still waiting for said “change” they believed in to happen.  Like a New York City doorman or a CFO of an organization in Washington who considers herself one of the frustrated middle class.

Why are we waiting for change to happen?  What IS this change we’re waiting for?  And WHY are we waiting around for it?

You’ll find the answer when you listen… and you’ll find the answer inside of you.

Daily Haze EXTRA: Marching Does Nothing

“Rah rah!  Hear us rah!”  That’s all I got when it comes to catching marching slogans.

On Saturday, thousands of people ventured to the Washington Mall to show their strength and push for job creation at the “One Nation Working Together” rally… what is being pushed as the opposite of the Tea Party movement.

Another rally.  That will do so much good for America.

If people are really that upset about jobs and their situation, isn’t there a better answer than standing with thousands of other pissed off people in the sun to chant and hold up signs?  Is the hours of time it takes to travel, to get there, to actually stand around wasted? Is there a better use of the time?
